This is my first day at blogging. I have long avoided it. I guess you can say I am slow at catching on, on new things. I never even liked the name itself–blogging, not quite euphonious. It almost sounds like “bragging”. I don’t like to brag nor do I care to hear others bragging. Then I have had other considerations. I thought it would be a waste of my time. I thought I’d have to tell people about my daily life. I didn’t think anyone would care to know who I am or what I do. Now I have discovered all what I thought or imagined was not true. I can choose the subject area I would like to share with the world near and far. This appeals to me.
